2021 Palo Alto Buddhist Temple 29th Annual Fundraiser GOLF TOURNAMENT & DINNER Saturday, August 28, 2021
The tournament will be held at Shoreline Golf Course, Mountain View.
First tee time at 9:30am, last time at 12:10pm. (Please arrive at least 30 min. prior to start time for check-in.)
ENTRY FEE: $150, covers green fees, cart, prizes and dinner (take-out box dinner or banquet, tbd), non-refundable fee. If you must cancel for any reason, please be considerate and find your own substitute (or call/email Mike Nakanishi, 650-387-2467, email@example.com) ENTRY DEADLINE: Limited to 72 golfers on a first-come basis Tee times and pairings will be emailed to you. You may form your own pairings (foursome, threesome, twosome). Please submit one entry form per player
ADDITIONAL DINNERS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE: Each golfer will be provided dinner (box or banquet, tbd). Additional dinners are available to purchase ahead for $25 each or $15 for child’s dinner. Indicate if you’d like to order additional dinners and include in your payment.
