About the Event
2021 Palo Alto Buddhist Temple 29th Annual Fundraiser GOLF TOURNAMENT Saturday, August 28, 2021
The tournament will be held at Shoreline Golf Course, Mountain View.Â
First tee time at 9:30am, last time at 12:10pm. (Please arrive at least 30 min. prior to start time for check-in.)Â
ENTRY FEE: $150, covers green fees, cart, prizes and a delicious box lunch, non-refundable fee. If you must cancel for any reason, please be considerate and find your own substitute (or call/email Mike Nakanishi, 650-387-2467, mnakanishi@yahoo.com) ENTRY DEADLINE: Limited to 72 golfers on a first-come basis Tee times and pairings will be emailed to you. You may form your own pairings (foursome, threesome, twosome). Please submit one entry form per player
Due to Covid restrictions, we are unable to host a banquet at the Temple this year.
Each golfer will be provided a deluxe box lunch at the golf course
